Applications  are invited  for the following posts for  academic year 2006 – 07

Qualification  &  Experience  :

1.             Director   :

·                      Qualification  :  Ph.D  degree or  fellowship of IIMS, ICA or  ICWA  with First Class Master  Degree  in Business Management/ Administration / Other relevant Management related disciplines  in addition the candidates should be an eminent person in the field with 15 years Experience in Teaching or Industry / Research out of  which 5 years must be at the level of Professor or above in Management

Desirable: Administrative Experience in a responsible position.

Qualification & Experience for candidates from Industry & Profession :

Candidates from Industry / Profession with First Class master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / other relevant Management related disciplines and with professional work which is significant and can be recognized as equivalent to Ph.D Degree and with 15 years Industrial / Professional experience of which at least 5 years should be at a Senior Level comparable to that of an  Professor would be eligible.

Desirable: Administrative Experience in a responsible position.

2.             Assistant Professor :

·                      Qualification  :  Ph.D  degree or  a fellowship of IIMS, ICA or  ICWA  with First Class Master  Degree  in Business Management/ Administration / Other relevant Management related discipline/PGDM programmes assessed by AIU and declared equivalent to MBA and with 3 year’s experience in Teaching/Industry/Research/Profession.

OR

First class Degree at a Master’s Level in Business Management / Administration / other relevant Management related discipline / PGDM programmes  assessed by AIU and declared equivalent to MBA and with 5 year’s experience in Teaching / Industry / Research / Profession.  Such candidates will be required to obtain Ph.D. degree or a fellowship of IIMs, ICA or ICWA within a period of 7 years from the date of appointment as Assistant Professor.

Qualification & Experience for candidates from Industry & Profession :

Candidates from Industry / Profession with First Class master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / other relevant Management related discipline/PGDM Programmes assessed by AIU and declared equivalent to MBA.

AND

 with professional work which is significant and can be recognized at National / International Level as equivalent to Ph.D. degree and with 5 year’s experience in Industry / Profession would also be eligible.

3.             Lecturer in Marketing Management :

·                      Qualification  : First  Class Master  Degree in Business Management / Administration/ other relevant Management related discipline with Marketing Mgt. Specialization.

4.             Lecturer in Computer Management :

·                      Qualification  : First Class Master  Degree in Business Management / Administration / Computer Management / Other relevant management related discipline [No Minimum experience required]. 

5.             Lecturer in Financial Management :

·                      Qualification : First Class Master Degree in Business Management / Administration/ other relevant Management related discipline with Financial Mgt. Specialization.

6.             Lecturer in Personnel  Management :

·                      Qualification : First  Class Master Degree in Business Management / Administration/ other relevant Management related discipline with Personnel  Mgt  Specialization.

7.             Lecturer in Material Management  :

·                      Qualification : First  Class  Master  Degree in Business Management / Administration/ other relevant Management related discipline with Material Mgt  Specialization.

8.             Librarian :

·          Qualification : B.Lib Sci. 50% Marks and M.Lib Sci. 55% Marks (50% Marks for S.C., S.T. & Physically Handicapped Candidates) Passing NET / SET Exam is essential.

Note :        1)   The above posts will be filled in as per availability of workload for the year 2006-07

3)       3% reservation for physically handicapped and 30% reservation for women will be observed as per rule.

4)       For the post of Lecturer 50% marks is essential at graduate level.
